environment and avoid attracting animals.
Lightweight and Breathable Fabrics, opt for light, breathable fabrics to stay cool during the day.
Long Sleeves and Pants, protect against sun, bugs, and thorny bushes.
Safety Tips
Secure Valuables Keep valuables locked away and out of sight when not in use.
Be Aware of Your Surroundings, Stay vigilant and aware of your environment at all times
Avoid Displaying Wealth, do not display large amounts of cash. This may attract corn-men and thugs
Health Precautions.
Vaccinations, ensure you are up-to-date with necessary vaccinations, such as yellow fever, hepatitis, and typhoid.
Malaria Prevention, take anti-malarial medication as prescribed and use mosquito repellent and nets.

Respect Local Customs and Laws, Familiarize yourself with local customs and
regulations. Practice responsible tourism by not littering and respecting wildlife and
natural habitats.
Weather Preparedness, are prepared for changing weather conditions by bringing
appropriate clothing and gear. Uganda has two season (wet and dry) seasons so we
encourage our clients to carry both light and rainy clothing because it can easily rain or
shine regardless of the seasons.
General Safety:
Follow the guide's Instructions, Always adhere to the advice and instructions given by
your safari guide.
Do Not Approach Wildlife, Respect the animals' space and do not attempt to approach
or provoke them. Unless instructed by the guide or ranger.
No Flash Photography, avoid using flash when photographing animals, as it can
startle them, mostly when with Apes family
Stay in Designated Areas, do not wander off on your own, especially in areas with
wildlife.
Health Tips
Drink plenty of water, especially during flights and in hot climates.
