Queen Elizabeth National Park is situated in the western region of Uganda, spanning the
districts of Kasese, Kamwenge, Rubirizi, and Rukungiri. The park lies about 376 kilometers (234
miles) southwest of Kampala, the capital city of Uganda. The journey by road from Kampala to
the park typically takes around (6-7) hours, depending on the route and road conditions.
